Tom from Wigbert & Wallace Heating & Plumbing was excellent. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable & reliable. He was very good at explaining our options when our old boiler was failing. Great at providing good customer care & a high quality of work installing our new Vaillant boiler. He always responded promptly to texts/emails. He took great care to ensure that our central heating was working well following the new installation, that we knew how to use it & that we had received all the essential documentation. We would highly recommend Tom.

Tom was very professional at all times. He provided excellent advice on how to redesign my 30 year old system. He was always very punctual and insured all my carpets and furnitures were protected. I was recommended Tom of Wigbert & Wallace heating and plumbing engineer by a friend and I was not disappointed, Tom was quietly professional giving excellent service installing a new Combi boiler at a very competitive price, he was very patient answering my many questions and took time in running through with us the Programmable Thermostat and Receiver. The photo is of the Magnetic Filtering System flushing pipes and radiators of the central heating. I would be more than happy to recommend Tom he was excellent.
