Tom is a lovely guy and communicated well about the boiler check appointment when 2 others had already let me down. He arrived on time and took his shoes off at the door. He conducted the appointment and gave me some really useful tips on other things relating to my central heating system. I would definitely recommend him. Thanks Tom
