We cannot fault HMS for quality of service, installation and product. Jamie fitted our air conditioning units this week, and was beyond respectful, kind and helpful. He explained everything that was happening at every stage and was friendly and understanding throughout. Christian also went the extra mile for us, as did Chloe on reception, and we are incredibly grateful to them and to HMS. Both units were fitted and running within a day and a half which was far beyond our expectations and the difference it???s already making is amazing! We have a predominantly neurodiverse household and the heat has had a very negative impact on the family dynamic. HMS have genuinely gone the extra mile for our family throughout to support us and we can???t thank or recommend them enough.

Had the pleasure of Stephen coming to service our hot water cylinder this morning. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was perfectly happy to have a chat with myself and my partner (we're very chatty people and love a good natter with maintenance people!). He even didn't want to walk across the grass as it had recently been mowed and he didn't want to get grass on his shoes and walk it into my flat. He did his job well, he's trustworthy and I would totally recommend this company.

As always, HMS provided an efficient and excellent service when servicing my boiler, even providing me with a new badge for the front of my Worcester Bosch boiler! The team from HMS recently installed 2 air conditioning units in our home, the engineers are experienced, professional and courteous. They kept us informed every step of the way. Very clean and tidy, completing the installation on time. On completion they guided us through the system controls ensuring we were happy before they left. I would have no hesitation in recommending HMS for your air conditioning requirements.
