The engineer came to service our gas boiler and check out a heater. He was courteous and incredibly helpful and extremely professional and went beyond what he needed to do to ensure we understood our system. Amazing service!

Great to deal with and very helpful, Kevin and Charlie fitted a new gas fire and surround plus moved some gas pipe, very pleased with the end result, very tidy and a pleasure to deal with, plus had the gas boiler serviced and new parts with a different lad ,and was a pleasure to deal with ,highly recommended

Stewart and Jo are the absolute best. Thank you so much for looking after my Mother!. Thanks too to Ponder and his partner Jemma for showing care and attention to Sylvia, you both amazing! Hereford Gas are a dream team! Xx

Fantastic engineer has just serviced my gas fire . Very helpful, not here long ,and it's working perfectly now .thank you

Highly recommend this firm! I was dreading having central heating installed in my tiny house, because of the huge amount of work involved - new gas supply, removal of immersion tank, new boiler and radiators etc. I thought my house would be in complete dissaray, but I was so wrong. The engineers were so neat and tidy that when I got home each day you could hardly tell anyone had been there, let alone taken up all the carpets and floorboards! They were so respectful of my space, I felt I could trust them completely, and I'm so impressed by their work.
