Simon came to my house to fix my heat pump. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Managed to get it working again which made the kids happy.

Amazing service, knowledgeable and honest. We got air con fitted, and I received good advice to make the best choice. The team who fitted the unit was respectful and efficient, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Superb service. Simon visited and diagnosed a defective fan on my elderly Canadian air source heat pump. It was not possible to source an original spare part, but Simon offered excellent advice, and he returned a few days later to fit a generic fan. The result is simply fantastic. It looks as good as new and the heat pump is now working perfectly. I cannot recommend Simon enough - he is a heat pump wizard.

Excellent company to work with. When other companies either couldn't help or couldn't get parts for 6-8 weeks Simon Steve and the gang got us next day delivery of a compressor and installed. Excellent expert advice from Simon and great customer service ! Thanks guys! - Dan WFF Cwmbran
