I was served by Jolanta with respect, kind and good customer service.

Just passing by, I saw something here in the window that I'd been meaning to purchase for ages...but I really don't like going to large stores - so I popped inside. I was pretty surprised by what I found. A really helpful young lady and literally tonnes of very well laid out stock. The place is a little gem of a find for either the plumbing trade or just the passer-by needing to replace or repair a household item. It's actually a lot more than just plumbing supplies. Lighting, switches, key-cutting, flooring. The list goes on (and on).... They were so helpful that I'm pretty sure, if they don't stock it.... they'd get it for you! Thank you for helping me! Brilliant! I was seriously impressed by such a compact shop!

A very good and honest supplier with smiles and very responsible price for very high standard products. I recommend every trader and house holders to visit here for their needs.

Very friendly and with good selection of tap cartridges. Saved me a lot of nerves trying to find the exact size I was after elsewhere or online.

I got warranty replacement kitchen sink tap from IKEA but fittings for water inlet were different. I went and had a chat with owner of the shop and he explained me that looking at the pictures I showed him there is no need of buying anything but removing some old piping and connecting to isolation valves would do the job. And it worked fine!!! Big thank you to owner to be a honest and really helpful chap. Will deebe back. And they were open at 6pm on Saturday, it's a no brainier ????
