This is a gem of a business featured on the Buy With Confidence government website. Yes, the waiting list is long, but that is how you know you are getting professional, responsible people genuinely trying to help you solve the problem you are faced with. In my case, a loose bath tap fitting in a very awkward place. With two previous plumbers suggesting solutions that involved creating holes in the wall behind, this time it was solved by getting in and around the other pipework. No holes, just a new fitting. Absolutely brilliant!

This is the second time I've used the company. Prompt, efficient, friendly, tidy, great customer service. Highly recommend.

Arrived on time and carried out repair quickly and economically.

I came across the B R Own property repairs company from the buywithconfidence govnment website suggested by a friend of mine, after several times of urgent calls out due to water leaks in the kitchen, bathroom and the toilet in this year, and I am grateful for their prompt, competent and professional work. This is a trustworthy and reliable company and I am glad I found it.

Found B R Own Property Repairs Ltd on Viessmann website. Excellent service in identifying a suitable central heating system suitable for our needs. Also fitted a new en-suite. Work was to a high standard, and completed on time. House was left tidy at the end of each day. Highly recommend B R Own Property Repairs Ltd to anyone looking for a new heating system and/or bathroom/en-suite refit.
