So pleased I managed to find Paul and chose him due to his excellent on line reviews. When I first moved to the Market Harborough area three years ago I wasn???t so vigilant in checking reviews and used a different plumbing company and I was very dissatisfied with their attitude and extortionate pricing. Paul on the other hand actually charged me less than he originally quoted as he didn???t need all the parts for replacing my cistern fittings - how refreshing to deal with a tradesperson who doesn???t want to squeeze every last penny out of you! Can???t speak highly enough of the guy and delighted to have found a local plumber I can trust and rely on - keep up the good work Paul.

Paul came out within 30 minutes of my call, which was fantastic. He replaced my sink taps, flexi hoses and isolation valves quickly and to a very high standard. He was friendly, professional, and his pricing was very fair. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the whole experience was hassle-free. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Better Call Paul Plumbing & Heating and will definitely use him again. Thanks, Paul!

Having just moved into a new bungalow, I called Paul to install a new toilet for me , he also kindly set up my washing machine for me Very friendly , hardworking and came out to help me very quickly at short notice. Highly recommend to all !!!!!

Paul did a brilliant job today when he plumbed in my tabletop dishwasher; fit an external water-pipe and put up a shower curtain rail. He even noticed that my fridge door handle was broken and without being asked, he repaired it for me! How kind! Paul was lovely, friendly, professional and informative about the new pipe work and how to turn the water on/off when needed. I can???t recommend Paul highly enough - he really is an outstanding plumbing and heating engineer! Very many thanks, Paul!
