Craig has completed a number of jobs for us, from minor tasks such as fitting an outdoor tap to the larger tasks including boiler replacement and a complete new bathroom. No matter the size of the job Craig is professional, arrives when he says he will, pays attention to detail, keeps you informed and explains what and why he is doing, no hidden costs and leaves the environment clean Highly recommend Craig

I've known Craig for almost 2 years now and in that time he helped us out numerous times. Boiler replacement, under floor heating fault, bleeding the heating system, changing valves etc no matter how small or big a job is, Craig will most definitely get it done. His knowledge is second to none, his professionalism is top tier. He also specialises in the Hive systems and knows the product very well. I highly recommend Craig for any heating or plumbing issues.

Absolutely brilliant. Reliable, knowledgeable, fair, friendly, and faultless work. Has just fitted a new boiler with no issues. Craig is always very helpful when needed. Even when on holiday he got another engineer to sort a leak. Would highly recommend him without hesitation.

We recently had Craig complete some work for us and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. He was incredibly knowledgeable and clearly experienced, answering all of my questions with ease and offering solutions that were both practical and cost-effective. Not only was the work done efficiently and to a high standard, but he also took great care in keeping the area clean throughout the process???tidying up as he went, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Craig to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy plumber. Will definitely be calling him again in the future.

Craig has been helping me and my family/friends for many years now and recently I've had two major jobs completed by him. I couldn???t be happier with the quality of work and overall service. Most recently, he installed a wet underfloor heating system throughout my kitchen/diner, and the results are fantastic. The workmanship is clean, precise, and clearly done with real expertise. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process, worked efficiently, and left everything tidy. The new system has been running perfectly, and the improvement in efficiency was noticeable right away Previously, Craig has installed boiler upgrades at my previous home and my parents home and that experience was just as smooth. What really stands out is the reliability and professionalism???always on time, great communication, and very fair pricing for the quality of work provided. It???s rare to find a tradesperson you can trust to do things properly without cutting corners, but Craig is exactly that. I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Craig to anyone needing heating or plumbing work done. Top-class service from start to finish!
