Excellent service. I recommend this business for professional assistants. I had a power flush done, the boiler system is working better than when it was installed. The engineer was knowledgeable and competent and kept me informed what was happening and why the system caused problems, wish I had my boiler installed by them. 10/10

Absolutely recommend TF Heating and Plumbing Ltd. Pawe?? and his team were super professional from start to finish. They were very clean, polite and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They changed our gas system to a heat pump and explained everything properly along the way, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect. Very honest and transparent service. We were originally given a longer waiting time, but they actually managed to complete the work much faster, which made a massive difference for us during the renovation. Really happy with the whole experience and would definitely use them again.

Heating and Plumbing did a very good job ??? everything was completed efficiently and professionally. We are very happy with the results. We had telephone contact with Ms. Karolina, who was very helpful, provided us with all the necessary information, and assisted us with the organization of the whole process. We highly recommend this company!

I hired Tomasz to install a new central heating system and to remodel a bathroom. I highly recommend Tomasz and his team and will be sure to contact him first when we are ready to explore our options with remodelling our other bathroom. We initially contacted Tomasz for installing a heat pump. After talking us through how it works and our options, we identified that a heat pump would not work for us at this time. As we needed to get away from electric radiators throughout the house, Tomasz suggested installing a gas boiler which we accepted. Our central heating was installed in a way that makes it easy to switch to a heat pump in the future when our house is more suitable for one. We also had them remodel our bathroom which included moving all the fixtures, tiling the walls, laying the floor, and installing a new door. It has the look and feel of a professional installation and I couldn't be happier. Throughout the two projects which lasted approximately three weeks in total, they worked around us as we were living in the house the entire time. They were kind, courteous, and up for a bit of a chat when time allowed. They cared for us, our home, and even our pets. There were a few minor issues throughout the process, but Tomasz was happy to answer all of my questions and concerns in a timely, friendly manner. All-in-all, I recommend T F Heating and Plumbing.

Excellent company. Fantastic customer service. Staff are very nice, polite and extremely helpful. After sales service is prompt and efficacious. I asked for a boiler relocation, received reasonable quote so I have decided to go ahead, no regret. Highly recommended. Big thank you to Thomas and Pavel, and their amazing staff.
