Mark came over to give us a quote on having existing boiler removed and a new combi boiler installed and moved from Utility room to the garage. He is very nice and knowledgeable. We accepted the quote and work began on 9th and ended yesterday. A young man called Zach/Zack did the most amazing job. His work is 1st Class. Zach/Zack was nice,kind,respectful and extremely hard working. Fantastic work ethic. He kept us informed all the time. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Plumbcall !!!

Our boiler broke over the weekend and started to leak water. We contacted Plumbcall on Monday morning and Ashley came to our house within an hour, talked through the issue, and fixed our boiler the same day. Ashley was really friendly, professional, knowledgable, and explained things really clearly; we were very impressed and also very grateful for fixing the issue so quickly! I would highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them going forwards. They were open and honest about pricing, and very reasonable. Thank you so much to Ashley, the lovely lady we spoke to on Monday morning (Karen I believe) and the team for making sure parts were delivered quickly.

Needed our shower unit replaced as Pumb-Call was our go to people for plumbing jobs they got the call. The company is expensive (what isn???t these days) but they are very efficient, knowledgeable, reliable and tidy so it does take the stress away and you can be confident they will do a good job. So next job boiler service, doh! ????

This company had someone come to my house after a dispute with an unreasonable bill. Very unprofessional, as this should have been dealt with over email. Especially as a I was home alone and I am 4 months pregnant, was a bit of a shock someone coming to the door to demand to see my husband about the issue with the bill. I said he was on his way home and the guy said he would come back later rather than wait as it could look intimidating. No, what is intimidating is him coming to the door in the first place! We thought we'd use this company as they are local, and the you guy that came out to fix the issue initially was pleasant. But they did not quote us for the work and the guy carrying out the repair had no idea on cost. So to get a bill of ??300 for half an hour's work because it was out of hours (5:30pm) and in and "out-of-area location" (round the corner from them) was ridiculous. Especially as the area is so out-of-area for them they decided to come to the house again after 5:30pm!

Firstly, a huge thank you to Plumbcall, had a new tank fitted in, new radiators, Hive system installed, two showers, vanity unit, dramatic taps and if that was not enough, a beautiful free standing bath! Rimi, was an absolute delight, he was extremely thoughtful and genuinely cared. A (you know who I mean), he understands the art of negotiating with challenging customers, however, he definitely goes the extra mile - hence why he isn't cheap! All jokes aside, when many other businesses never got back to me, intimidated by the big job, PlumbCall wasn't! They know the industry, aren't afraid to challenge their customer so they don't waste money. Great example, Ash told me not to be cheap and buy the Hive system with radiator thermostat valves it will save me money in the long run which it did, my gas bill went from ??300 pcm, to now ??45 - although summer is ending! Just want to say a huge thank you for all your help, now to start saving again so Ash can install me some underfloor heating ;)
