My kitchen tap needed replacing and stopcocks fixed(without the need to be replaced)which hadn???t been used for a long time. Stacey replied the same day. Alex arrived on time as prearranged. He explained clearly before hand and after work carried out. Very friendly, helpful and efficient, would definitely recommend.

I am so pleased that Stacey came to my rescue. He took on replacing my old boiler and plumbing for a new bathroom and utility extension, fitting this in at very short notice and in very difficult circumstances. I needed an emergency response due to a leak in my heating system. Alex responded really quickly and got to me within 30 minutes. He did a good professional job and explained everything to me. Highly recommend. Will be using Grays in future for all my plumbing needs.
