We first contacted Shaun in 2021, when our very old boiler wasn???t working. Shaun came to inspect it at very short notice and was able to make it work again. He was totally honest about what our options were and we opted for a brand new boiler. Five years later, Shaun has carried out the annual service each year and the boiler is working perfectly. We also have had new radiators throughout our house and a new bathroom, fitted and supplied by Shaun at Sapphire Heating. From Day one, Shaun came across as an honest and genuine person and someone you can trust. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone with any plumbing needs.

Shaun was very quick with a diagnosis to a noisy boiler due to me not servicing the boiler, got me pricing and a quick date to fix. A top job with my boiler back on top form. This is my second time in using his services and will continue to do so.
