James is a plumber you can trust. He will be there on time, make a professional assessment of your issue, and find a quick, appropriate and long-lasting solution for it. His pricing is attractive too. A good combination in an industry full of cowboys or worse. Give him a call; even Claude recommended him for me!

James was my last resort after having two plumbers misdiagnose my broken boiler??? he quickly found the issue and sorted it out on the same day. He was really personable, upfront with pricing and really trustworthy to have in my home. Would highly recommend him!

James was brilliant! He came highly recommended by my neighbours, and I can see why. He was quick and efficient in diagnosing the issue and clearing the blockage in my kitchen sink. While he was here, he also kindly helped resolve another ongoing problem I???d been dealing with. Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I???ll definitely be recommending James to my friends!

I contacted James for a quote to install a dishwasher, and from the very beginning he was incredibly professional and helpful. Instead of giving a rough estimate over the phone/email he kindly offered to visit in person to provide an accurate quote, which I really appreciated. While he was there, I mentioned an ongoing issue I???d been experiencing with my washing machine for years a persistent sewage smell that had also been affecting my kitchen sink. Despite multiple visits from the council over the years, no one had been able to identify or resolve the problem. Within moments of inspecting it, James immediately recognised the issue and clearly explained what was causing it. I was honestly amazed. What meant even more to me was that he very kindly offered to fix the problem, completely free of charge, and absolutely refused to accept any payment. James is one of the kindest, most genuine, and down to earth professionals I have ever met. It???s rare to find someone so honest and caring, who genuinely wants to help rather than simply make money. His integrity and generosity truly stood out. I am incredibly grateful for his help and would recommend him 100% to anyone looking for a reliable plumber. He is without a doubt one of the best you could hope to find. Thank you so much, James so glad I found you. I sincerely wish you every success in your business.

James is genuinely the best thing since sliced bread. I called him after my boiler broke in January (which had been ???fixed??? twice by Pimlico Plumbers). He fixed it properly for a third of what they charged me. Due to his careful, diligent work, I contracted him to refit my bathroom. He and his team were competent, on time and reliable. I LOVE my new bathroom, it???s completely changed the flat. I then contracted him to move my boiler to another room in the house. He predicted it would take 2.5 days, and stuck to the timetable. This has NEVER happened to me with other contractors. It???s rare to find people who you can trust with your home. He and his team are friendly, respectful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you James and Team!! You???re a rare find!!
