Rick came out on a Sunday to look at a Hot Water issue at my 97 year old Aunts . No hot water. Immersion tank had failed and needing replacing. He was extremely thorough taking photos of pipework etc and phoned us with a couple of queries. Was back on the following Tuesday with a new tank. Very clean and tidy Excellent customer service towards an elderly customer and phoned the day after to check all was well. In CV the process made us aware of an issue with a shower that we can now follow up Recommended to in Oz

Excellent service from Swain and Son Plumbing. Ricky and Deon were professional, friendly, and highly responsive from start to finish. They arrived promptly and completed all the work to a very high standard, replacing all of our kitchen and bathroom taps as well as the waste on our kitchen butler sink. The whole process was quick, efficient, and hassle-free. Their workmanship was excellent, and they left everything clean and tidy when they finished. I would highly recommend Ricky and Deon and will definitely use Swain and Son Plumbing again in the future.

Ricky is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. This has been the second emergency call out that we have called Ricky for, and both times he has gone above and beyond. I wouldn't use anyone else and we are hopeful that he would be willing to do some actual 'pre-planned' work for us in the near future. Highly recommend this company.

I have nothing but praise for Swain and Son. The quality of their work is exemplary. We've used them on several occasions including for leaking taps, new radiators and a hot water pump. We always trust them to carry out the work efficiently and to the highest standard. It's such a relief knowing we have someone to call who isn't going to con us. The owner Ricky, is a great person who clearly cares about his customers.
