Walsh Plumbing Ltd were an absolute lifesaver when our boiler packed in on a freezing morning. They turned up promptly, diagnosed the fault without any faff, and had everything sorted far quicker than I expected. The whole job was handled with proper care and a very tidy finish, and the chap I dealt with was friendly, straight-talking, and clearly knew his trade inside out. It???s rare to find a company that combines skill, speed, and good manners so neatly. I???d happily recommend them to anyone needing a boiler supplier you can genuinely rely on.

Excellent service from start to finish. Moved in to a new home to find the boiler didn???t work (no heating or hot water in mid December either us and two kids.) Phoned Walsh who came out the next day, provided a fair quote, and carried out the install 2 days later. Really pleased with the job, but had issues connecting with Hive. Spoke to Walsh who sent out an engineer to resolve the issue. Great company, great back office staff, great engineers.

Walsh Plumbing Ltd have installed a replacement Vaillant gas heat-only boiler at our property. Upon completion, there were issues with the boiler starting, where it would shut down with an error code. To resolve this issue, I was advised that an Automatic Bypass Valve (ABV) was required. This was installed, at extra cost of more than ??150/hr, but made no improvement. I contacted Valliant, who informed me that the ABV had been installed at the incorrect location in the system. They recommended that I have the system surveyed by GasSafe. The GasSafe report identified various issues with the installation, some of which have been resolved, and others, including the position of the ABV not. I am now in the position that I need to pay another plumber to relocate the AVB to the correct location. Note, the ??72that was paid for the ABV was the 20% deposit! The total was therefore ??320.

Absolute joy to use! Excellent communication from start to finish. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed. We felt nervous about appointing a plumber, but we were instantly put at ease. They guided us through everything they were doing, with estimated timeframes. They even helped us retrospectively register the boiler - using their own time to do so. More like 6 star rated, and some of our family members are employing them for works in the near future. Total joy to use!
