I had a new boiler fitted by Columbus and I was very impressed with the work. All booked very easily online with a few follow up questions. The boiler is in a bit of an awkward place but the old one was removed and a new one fitted seemingly easily (I???m sure it wasn???t easy for the person doing it, but he made seem so). Work was explained before and after. New boiler is working beautifully and I am very happy with it and with Columbus for making the whole process really simple. Thank you!

Writing this on behalf of my Grandparents. They had a terrible experience from start to finish. Columbus came to flush their radiator system (Which should be a simple job) and ended up blowing the valves on every radiator in the property, causing severe leaks and damaged flooring. After taking an initial payment, they didn???t want to hear about the damage and refused to fix the issue they had caused without receiving a further 4 figure sum. Offering no refund, no help and ignoring all contact. We still have heard nothing from them almost a year later. Please stay away from this business. A 1 star review is still too high???

My boiler was installed over 10 years ago by this firm and they have serviced it since As a larger firm the engineers have varied over time but have always recieved good service This year was no exception provided by Josh who was extremely helpful, polite and took his time to deal with and check other queries about my heating system whilst here

We had a fault on our boiler over the weekend. Colombus could not have been more helpful partially given how busy this time of year is. Gary the engineer came the same day and was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. Everyone we have dealt with at the company has been incredibly helpful we would highly recommend.

A few days before Christmas our boiler stopped working. After contacting several companies I was told no one could take a look until after Christmas, leaving us with no hot water or heating (not ideal with two young children!). Columbus however visited the next day. The problem was quickly identified and the new part ordered. Customer service was excellent & they were able to fit us in again the next day once the part arrived so it could be fitted. The boiler was quickly repaired and we were able to have hot water & heating again in time for Christmas!! The two repair men that visited were polite, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. The main office delivered fantastic customer service. Highly recommend Columbus and will not use anyone else now!!
