Graham has been nothing but professional, prompt and courteous. Had trouble not only with my immersion elements, but I had terrible trouble of replacing a sink drain. Both were sorted out very quickly by Graham and I'll certainly be calling him to help replace my immersion cylinder as well.

Graham has serviced my gas boiler annually since I moved into my bungalow and is always professional and cheerful. He has also recently fixed my broken shower. He responds quickly to call out requests and I have highly recommended him to other people!

After buying a flat, moving stuff in and then realising I had no hot water I was rushing through google looking for a plumber, to which I found Graham. I called him asking for advice to which he told me to send a picture of the cylinder. After doing this he gave me a quote just from a picture! Another plumber I spoke to just before this quoted an extortionate fee just to come and have a look! We then booked for the following week, on my day off, how ideal! Graham arrived on time and came across as a lovely friendly man. Many unexpected problems occurred during the visit, but Graham was not phased and carried on. He was such a lovely man very chatty. Cannot recommend him enough, not only do I now have hot water, but I've also had a great time chatting. Thanks so much Graham. All the best

Graham, was brilliant, arrived the time he said, was very polite and very friendly. Put all the sheets down before even starting on the job at had, was happy to listen to anything I said or would like and would give advice if needed. Finished the job and cleaned up after himself, showed me everything and the process and explained it very easy. Really happy would recommend to friends and family.
