Michael was a really helpful and decent guy. I know absolutely nothing about this kind of thing. so it meant a lot when he took the time to explain things in great detail. he really understood my personal and financial situation and did as much he possibly could to accommodate me in getting the best deal possible. He was very easy to communicate with and was swift with responses. unfortunately due to personal circumstances I was not able to move forwards with the work. But when informing him of this, he remained extremely professional and friendly. he understood my situation and the reasons why and he gave me complete confidence that should I require work in the future, he is absolutely someone I can turn to. 5/5 Stars

Needed a replacement shower, panels, tray and enclosure for family. Had a few quotes but Neale plumbing were competitive, professional with a clear written quote and terms received promptly. Moreover the work was completed exactly as planned, and communication was super. Highly recommended.

A great job done. Reliable, kept us updated about supply problems. Arrived when scheduled and worked efficiently and cleanly. Talked through what we needed to know about our new appliance. Highly recommend.

Michael from Neale Plumbing and Heating did a brilliant job repositioning a radiator for us. He was very informative throughout the process, explaining the best way to handle the move and ensuring we were happy with the plan. The work itself was incredibly neat and tidy, with no mess left behind at all. It???s rare to find someone so professional and transparent about their work. I???m delighted with the new layout???highly recommended

Michael from Neale Plumbing and Heating has helped me twice recently and both jobs were sorted quickly and professionally. Great communication, tidy work, and fair prices. Wouldn???t use anyone else now.
