We recently had Will from East Coast Plumbing & Heating come to replace our old radiators for new, including adding some additional ones in rooms that previously had no heating source. The service we received was second to none, from start to finish. Professional in how they quote, book the work, and Will just made everything very straight forward, no fuss - he just got on with the work, checked things with me as he worked, and was tidy in how he worked. The day he finished installing was the hottest day in June, so I felt terrible that he had to put the heating on to test it - but all was good. Would certainly use again and recommend to anyone.

Cannot recommend this company enough, and, in particular, Dan. I recently moved into the area and trying to find someone who could upgrade my existing bathroom suite, from a bath with overhead shower to a walk in shower, was a shot in the dark. After researching I settled on East Coast Plumbing and I???m so pleased I did. From the initial consultation with Dan, through to completion of work, the whole experience was excellent. Dan was polite, courteous, punctual, informative, efficient, and meticulous throughout the whole process. I am so pleased with the end result and, as such, I will be utilising their services, be it plumbing, boiler servicing etc., again in the future. Thanks a lot !

Now here's a story that is red hot and the way it unfolds is brilliant. My wife spoke to one of our neighbours who had this brilliant team of plumbers bathroom fitters install a new bathroom and she was impressed with the layout and finish. We rang will who booked us in for a visit to give us a quote for works we wanted doing. Scroll on 3 months later and a shiny new bathroom with new water closet and our separate water closet completely refurbished to an extremely high standard. Both Bradley and Will worked under difficult circumstances and parameters to complete the install in one week. Bradley was hot stuff from day two. and we kept them cool with cold drinks and ice lolleys. They are a treasure to the trades and would highly recommend them for anything in their remit. Well done and thankyou.

Absolutely first-class service from East Coast Plumbing & Heating Ltd! They recently refitted our bathroom and downstairs toilet, and the entire experience was outstanding. The team was highly responsive, professional, reliable, and incredibly tidy???leaving everything spotless each day. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and they made the whole process stress-free. Couldn???t recommend them highly enough???5 stars!

I can highly recommend this company for plumbing and fitting a new bathroom in Felixstowe Suffolk. They are a lovely team and they are thoroughly organised and professional. There were no hidden costs and the quote provided was very clear and well presented months before the work started. I am absolutely delighted with the finished job ????
