Luke arrived on time and gave us quotes for both bottled gas and oil boiler. Suggested the boiler best for our needs with no pressure selling. Competitive price. Installed on agreed day, explaining how to use it. After sale, any problems always goes out of his way to help. Yearly service, competitive price again and arrived on time Highly recommend the professional services of Luke at Protec Plumbing.

Luke is that very rare thing: an experienced, capable and friendly plumber who arrives when he says he will, can solve any problem no matter how complicated, and properly cleans up after. I've got a very old house and there's always something that needs attention - I've grown to rely on Luke more and more over the years and I cannot recommend him too highly. He is genuinely one of the best plumbers you'll ever find.

Have used protec on a number of occasions and cannot be more happy with the quality of service provided. From installing AC to running oil lines and moving a boiler and fitting a bathroom suite. They???ve always been so respectful of our property making sure to be as tidy as possible. Luke???s knowledge and expertise is second to none. Could not be happier with the work carried out and the service provided. Would recommend protec to anyone and everyone, would give more stars if I could!!! 10*

We called for an emergency boiler breakdown, Luke was able to get to us the same day, diagnosed the issue and ordered new parts we needed. He kept us updated and once the parts arrived and fitted them the same day. Great service and a nice guy too. We will definitely be using him again.

After being let down by three other companies Protec Plumbing Ltd stepped forward and said they would help me with a central heating service and an ongoing issue with the system. From that moment the whole process was STRESS FREE. Luke was very professional, polite and helpful throughout and actually went over and above to get the job done to %100 satisfaction. I will definitely be using Protec again and without doubt would recommend. Well done Luke and Connor.
