Excellent service. I called over the weekend regarding a blocked sink, and someone arrived within an hour. The issue was fixed in less than an hour. The engineer was professional, friendly, and efficient. I really appreciate the quick response and excellent work. Thank you!

We had a badly blocked sewer that had backed up. Dan arrived and unblocked it within minutes. He identified the issue and used a camera to ensure that the pipe was not damaged. A complete and proffesional service, Thank you.

What a great service. The Office team were excellent oxidising the call from Ipswich, sending an engineer down to Tiptree to my parents house to clear a regularly overflowing outside drain. Brandon the engineer was first rate, rejoining is what he was going to do, explaining as he went through each stage and most importantly he solved the problem during his call. He photographed everything, and showed us with a camera the inside of the now clear pipe. Highly recommended at every stage. Thank you.

??????????????? Excellent service from start to finish We have been extremely pleased with EMP Drainage across three separate pieces of work. From the initial drain survey, through the installation of sleeves, and most recently the installation of a new soakaway at the rear of the property, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. All members of the team were friendly, hard-working, polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole process very reassuring. Communication was clear throughout and the standard of workmanship was excellent. Hopefully we won???t need drainage work again any time soon, but we would have no hesitation in recommending EMP Drainage to anyone needing similar work. A very reliable and professional company.

Called EMP Drainage just before Christmas to sort out a blocked drain. This was not only sorted quickly, but a full diagnostic was done which will assist in solving the issue long-term with Anglian Water. I was really impressed with the friendly service, the quality of the advice given very reasonable price. I would certainly be using them again and cannot recommend them highly enough.
