I cannot rate Philip highly enough! Used the "Call me back" feature on Philip's website and got called within an hour or so. He asked me to explain the issue and rather than complicating things or trying to quote me he talked me through the issue I was having to the point I was able to fix it myself. In this day and age that kind of service is both unheard of and an absolute blessing. Any work I need done in future Philip is going to be the first person I call knowing his plumbing experience is only outmatched by his customer experience. Thank you so so much

I can't speak highly enough of the service I received from **PD Parnell**! From the moment I got in touch, communication was prompt, clear, and professional. He responded to my enquiry incredibly quickly and was able to come out and resolve a leak in no time at all. Not only was he efficient and reliable, but also friendly, informative, and clearly very experienced. He took the time to explain the issue and the fix in simple terms, which I really appreciated. It???s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a personable and honest approach. If you???re looking for a plumber who is responsive, knowledgeable, and trustworthy ??? I would absolutely recommend **PD Parnell** without hesitation. Brilliant service from start to finish.

Phil was able to rectify some old plumbing issues in my property. I was able to leave him the key as I wasn???t available and left him to complete the works professionally and he did a great job leaving the place spotless afterwards. All at a reasonable price - would highly recommend.

Phil replaced our kitchen sink and tap, which required a bit of re-plumbing. Phil is a pleasant happy honest chap. Very tidy with his work and left the kitchen clean and tidy, possibly cleaner than it was. Thank you.

Phil is an excellent plumber. He came to my house for the initial quote and we could tell from his obvious knowledge that he would be the man for the job. All done on time and very tidy. Would thoroughly recommend!
