Alan and his apprentice at Iceni Plumbing and Heating provide excellent service. They are very thorough with their work, always reliable and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Iceni Plumbing and Heating to anyone.

An emergency call out on a Saturday morning. Prompt, efficient and very professional service, guided by our (the clients') needs, choices and preferences throughout. Our boiler was repaired and heat/ hot water returned within an hour. We will return to Iceni for any more plumbing needs!

Booked through Local Heroes and Alan was quick to get a quote. Once I'd accepted Alan was able to come round a couple of days later and sorted the problem at a fair price. Top notch service.

Alan is very friendly and helpful. He is professional on what he does and he doesn't seem to be fazed by any task he is presented with. No matter how busy he is he always make time to fit you in. We are glad that we found Alan and he will be our plumber for many many years to come. He is highly recommended.

Booked an agreed date and time to cut off a gas pipe, service a boiler, never turned up, won't respond to msgs or calls. Total waste of time and completely unprofessional. Update. In reply....I spoke to you directly via local heroes when you called me, and if no boiler service was mentioned, how did you quote ??60 plus ??24 for a service kit and you can do it in same visit as pipe cut off?? Review stays as its truthful thank you.
