Always reliable. Work carried out to excellent standard,; area left clean, information/advice given in friendly and thorough way. Used Heatlink for several years and can recommend.

Replaced gas boiler with electric. Excellent service. Good advice before start. And careful, good quality work at all stages. Thoroughly recommend.

Arrived promptly on time. Did the work in good time. Very efficient and thorough.

Having recently moved to Norfolk we experienced various issues with our solar and Air source heating systems. Ollie's team have successfully diagnosed and rectified all the issues included carrying out a glycol refill. They have always turned up at the agreed times and carried out the work professionally and tidily Their explanations of how the (new to us) technology functions has been very much appreciated.

Dan was brilliant. He serviced my boiler during lockdown then came out this year to do the repairs. He was punctual, professional and friendly. Kept me informed every step of the way, and took photos of before and after so that I could see the repairs that he had carried out. Communication, when booking the appointment was excellent also. Would highly recommend, I felt in safe hands. Ali
