We needed a plumber, and Chris came highly recommended - he didn't disappoint. From the first conversation, his communication was clear, honest, and refreshingly straightforward. I found him instantly likeable, he arrived on time, worked diligently without cutting corners, and left the place clean and tidy. What really stood out for me were his values - a genuine commitment to his trade, giving a service and to using quality materials. I was left feeling reassured, uplifted even, that the job had been done properly. Thoroughly impressed, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Chris and Harvey displayed a professional service taking time to carry out an electric shower install from scratch flawlessly with no need for any remedial touch up work. Chris was exceptionally kind and attentive showing and explaining every step of the way. My mother felt calm and reassured by both Chris & Harvey . I will definitely recommend and use his services again

Chris is such an excellent professional. He does all sorts of plumbing and electric works. He is very punctual and knows his stuff really well. He gives you good idea and knowledge regarding what would be the best thing to do as well. There was a very tiny issue, and he did not hesitate to come and fix the issue even on the day of Christmas eve. Best man for plumbing and electrical job in Norwich I would say. I would definitely recommend him and I would re-hire him if I had any work in the future relating to plumbing / electrics.

I've just had a bathroom renovation done by Chris Douglas with help from Ben! ???? What an incredible transformation!! I had a vision of what I wanted and had enquired with a couple of other people but I instantly felt confident with Chris. He had some excellent advice and did not make me feel I was asking the impossible! While working in my home they were clean and tidy and as unobtrusive as they could be. Chris worked so hard to ensure that I would be pleased with the end result...and I totally am, even more than I expected! It's no exaggeration to say that the new shower has totally changed my life and made showering a much more enjoyable experience. I totally recommend Chris and his team for any of your property requirements.

Outstanding service and expertise. Always professional, efficient, and knowledgeable???nothing is ever too much trouble. Initially did our en suite and like what we saw. Then he did our other toilet then tiling our new extension. Chris also modernise our fireplace. Unlike many others, Chris took his work seriously and deliver top-quality results every time.
