have used this plumber couple of times, but had issues with him not turning up and not bothering to return calls/messages, tried again recently to get quote for bathroom refurb, but both messages were ignored.. very poor customer service

Called Dan for an emergency call, to stop our running hot tap in our kitchen. Came within the hour of the evening. Understood our situation, and explained the problem & solved it. Excellent and quick service. Definitely be in touch for future recommendations.

Using Dan at Top Dog Plumbing for the third time - he's always very friendly and efficient, arrives when he says he will and does the job quickly and efficiently for a decent price with minimal hassle. Definitely recommended.

I've used Top Dog Plumbing a couple of times now, most recently for a leaking tap. Rang to let me know his previous job had overrun and when he would get to me by. Friendly and polite, explained what my options were and the different costs. Quick to do the work. Problem fixed.

I can???t rate Top Dog pluming highly enough, 10/10 for service & promptness, Dan thank you, I called topdog Plumers for my parents who had an internal mains water leak, Fast call back, came and sorted within hours of call. (Same day) By miles best plumbing service in Norwich. Once again thank you. Steve, Maureen & John.
