I have nothing but praise for Anthony - he installed an electric water heater for us and also reorganised our Central heating system .. We found him to be very knowledgeable, full of good suggestions and a careful, tidy worker. Hattie in the office also deserves praise for the efficient way she organises things It goes without saying that next time we need work of this nature, we will be asking Smart Heating to come back .

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From the very first phone call to the final sign-off, every single interaction has been professional, friendly, and genuinely reassuring. We first brought them in during a full renovation, a trusted company that is always the first port of call for heating and plumbing needs.

On the first job with us, while trying to upgrade our hot water system, Anthony discovered a very weird pipe set up in our new house and encountered some hiccups, however he said "I will not be beaten by this", and he persisted and got it all sorted - which is when we decided this was our plumbing guy from now on. A super lovely team of people, Anthony is very knowledgable, and let us brainstorm our future proofing and Hattie is always very responsive with any queries or questions. Would highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend Smart Heating, contacted them with regards an issue leaving us with out hot water, went beyond with Hatty calling me back and arranging a morning appointment for the next day, bearing in mind we spoke around 4:30pm the night before, called before to let me know that they were on the way and went beyond expectations with the service provided. Will definitely be using in the future for any plumbing work of the back of this experience... Thanks again guys ????????

I???ve used Smart Heating EA for two boiler services now and to inspect a fault with pressure dropping. I couldn???t be happier with the service. They were professional, punctual, and very thorough on both visits. Everything was explained clearly, the work was done efficiently, and they left everything clean and tidy afterwards. It???s great to find a company that???s reliable and consistent ??? I???ll definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing boiler servicing or any other heating works!
