Our old heating and hot water system failed. Will came out quickly to inspect and it was found to be uneconomical to fix. After receiving Will's quote we went ahead with a new system. Jimmy and Elliot fitted our new system and were a pleasure to have in our apartment. They arrived on time each day, were polite , friendly and professional. Everything was kept tidy and the installation was exceptionally done, so much better than the original. Communications with Krystle in their office were always dealt with quickly and calls always returned. Thank you to the whole team, a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend.

Thermal Plumbing and Heating fitted a new shower for my parents and a downstairs toilet and sink. Callum was super. He was a very clean and tidy worker and was lovely to have around. My mum and dad said that he could not fault his work and are very pleased with the final results. Thank you

Very good service from the initial contact to the final installation. I contacted Thermal Plumbing on Saturday to install a gas hob. It was installed on Monday morning. Ross, the engineer, was excellent: friendly, informative, and helpful. I definitely recommend this company.

The best plumbing and heating company I???ve ever used. Very reasonable quote for a new boiler, heating system and water softener. Great communication, 100% reliable, turned up on time every day. Fantastic standard of work. Neat, tidy and thoughtful of my property. 100% recommend. Wouldn???t use anybody else.

We had Will and his team install a new boiler and relocate it to our upstairs cupboard, and honestly I couldn't recommend them enough! They were quick and efficient after the initial visit, and I received a quote quickly afterwards. I really struggled to get quote from lots of Norwich companies for the work but Will was brilliant. The work was carried out within 10 days, and done to such a high standard! Lovely engineers who were friendly to be around. All in all, wonderful!
