We had Flow come out to assess our drains for any blockages or leaks, and we couldn't have been more impressed. He was courteous, polite. We had a lovely chat, and it was clear from the start that he's incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made the whole experience stress-free. We truly appreciated his professionalism and friendly approach. We would highly recommend Flow's services to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and expert help, and we'll definitely be recommending him to friends and family!

The day I called he was able to come the same morning and he did a really good job. He was quickly able to identify the problem and resolve it ! Thanks again for a really great service!! :)

Excellent service. Neil and team were fantastic - giving clear and transparent advice, fast high quality workmanship & great value for money. Also took away old parts and tidied after the job. Highly recommended

Neil from flow was excellent. I had a blocked drain which after clearing found it was all lime scaled up. Some people on our Facebook group recommended Neil from Flow. Neil quoted me for the work had good communication, quick quote, turned up when he said he would and did a really good job. He even showed me the work on camera at the end and left the place clean and tidy afterwards. I would definitely recommend and use again.

We needed to resolve repeatedly blocked drains in our new home and to locate concealed manholes. Another drain specialist had made little progress despite spending several hours here. Then we called Neil. He and George knew immediately what to do. They worked quickly and efficiently. They created an internal access point, cleared all the blockages and located the hidden manholes. Neil identified the underlying cause of the blockages and came up with a plan to resolve it. Neil???s approach was friendly, intelligent and highly efficient whilst his charges were very modest. We would highly recommend him for any plumbing or drainage issues.
