Work was fine, easy communication and flexible to complete non emergency work within 10 days. Felt expensive. Labour ??175 for 45 minutes work. (Excludes money made on supplied part). For that reason probably wouldn't use again. Cheers.

Updated Nov 2025 Alan fixed a leaky shower pipe for us at very short notice, super reliable, friendly & helpful chap. Thanks again 5 stars all round! Alan installed a new kitchen tap. He fitted us in very quickly, the tap was done in around 1 hour & at a very reasonable price. Very professional & friendly service. Would not hesitate to use Alan again. Thankyou.

Alan offered very prompt and friendly service, arranged at short notice. He responded quickly to my initial text by phoning me - then arrived on time and quickly cleared a blocked drain for me. Would recommend Alan and will use him again the next time my tenants clog a drain...

Excellent service, first time using Norfolk Plumbing. I had an issue with a leaking kitchen pipe. Alan quickly found the source of the leak and fixed it. I found Alan to be very polite, friendly and professional. Highly recommended, will use again.

Alan replaced my bathroom sink taps for me. He fitted in with the only time I could be home and he was polite, professional and clean and tidy whilst carrying out the work. Alan took great care to do an excellent job and then checked both taps were working well without any leaks. I will definitely use your plumbing services again, Alan! Thank you.
