Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! The engineer arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and took great care while fitting my new gas cooker. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and everything was thoroughly checked to ensure it was safe and working perfectly. I couldn???t be happier with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a gas cooker fitted. Five-star service all the way!

I needed a suitably qualified plumber to work on a pressurised unvented system. I approached Gary specifically because of the good reviews his business has attracted. I have not been disappointed. Prompt, excellent communication, suggested options and commissioned replacement with an additional device to prevent the issue re-occurring. Post fitting checks complete and prompt report and certification.

We had an absolute nightmare with a previous "cowboy" plumber who left us with a half-finished, botched boiler installation and bathroom fitting. Gary from G Freeman Gas Heating & Plumbing stepped in and was a total lifesaver. He fitted a new 30kW Ideal Logic Max combi boiler and did everything strictly by the book. He didn't cut a single corner, he upgraded our gas pipe to the proper 28mm, did a full chemical flush, fitted a magnetic filter and insulated the outside condensate pipe to winter-proof it. He left the place spotless, respected our home, and handed over our Gas Safe certificates, Building Regulations compliance, and proof of our 10-year warranty registration. On top of completely sorting out our heating, he also fitted our brand-new bathroom to an incredibly high standard and everything looks and works perfectly. What really sets Gary apart is his customer service and accountability. When I was stress-testing the heating later, an old, pre-existing radiator valve started leaking. Gary was in the area, came straight back and replaced the faulty valve completely for free within 10 minutes. You just don't see that kind of dedication anymore. If you are in the Gloucester area and want a genuine, honest and highly skilled professional who does things the right way, do not look anywhere else. 10/10, cannot recommend him highly enough!
