   After suspecting I had used an unscrupulous local plumbing company I was sceptical of spending even more money to get my boiler working. From the first phone call to Richard at Apex my faith in tradesmen was restored. My boiler issues were diagnosed over the telephone and everything Richard suspected proved to be true on his subsequent visit. Being without hot water and after talking through other options and costs, he made plans for the boiler to be replaced. Richard completed the work within a week of order at a competitive price and also attended to some other plumbing issues without question. We are extremely happy with the efficiency of the new Worcester boiler and the responsive service provided by Apex. It is so heartening to find such a diligent and professional company who values the customer. I would thoroughly recommend Apex to anyone who appreciates an honest and reliable plumber.

   We searched for a plumber with good reviews and we can see why Apex has them. Rich was fast reliable helpful and took any stress away with a quick solution to our noisy toilet and got replacement, fitted it and was gone in less than an hour. Took his shoes off was polite what more could you ask for. Will definitely use him again if he???s not too busy as I???m sure he is much sought after. Many thanks ????

   When we had a leak at Morroway House we needed a speedy resolution to avoid unnecessary damage and disruption to our charity tenants.    I can't speak highly enough for Rich. All though he was working when we rang him to ask him to have a look at our boiler that had ceased to work, he came round later that day and after initially inspecting it, he gave us options on whether it would be worth mending ( which could be very expensive) or whether it would be worth investing in a new one. We decided on a new one and thar evening he contacted us with costs for the work. We said to go ahead and he arranged to do it in just over a week.whilst he was working he found that we had an electrical problem and got an excellent electrician to come so that he could finish the same day. I have to say that he is not only an excellent heating engineer but a really nice friendly, honest man and I have no hesitation to call him should we need any other plumbing or heating work done. I would also recommend him to anyone who needs the same kind of professional.
