I can???t recommend JEM Drain Care highly enough! They came out to help with an emergency blocked drain, and from start to finish their service was outstanding. They responded incredibly quickly, were professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They resolved the problem efficiently, explained everything clearly, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The price was also amazing value for the quality and speed of the service. If you???re looking for a reliable, honest, and professional drainage company, JEM Drain Care is the one to call. I wouldn???t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing drain services. Five stars!

Brilliant Service! Jordan and his his team swiftly sorted out our seriously blocked sewerage drain. Really friendly, local to Stroud, and reliable. I would highly recommend them.

Jordan's done various jobs for me over the years CCTV surveys, blockages, benching/drain lids but the most recent he installed a new waste pipe for a downstairs toilet we had installed. He was punctual, clean, tidy and professional after all the digging he relaid the block paving like no-one had even been their I would definitely recommend and keep using JEM.

JEM Drain Care has been amazing with the CCTV works at our property for assistance with Severn Trent build over report. Highly efficient services since the moment we made contacted him. Arrived on site within a few day of contacting him, and was extremely knowledgeable on exactly what details were required by Severn Trent. Any additional details requested by Severn Trent and Jordan is responding via email within the hour. I would highly recommend Jordan for your CCTV survey and the price was one of the best we had quoted. Its been a pleasure to have Jordan assist us with this project.
