Brilliant. Ben saved me a lot of money by diagnosing the problem over the phone, and charged me a fair price for parts and labour and gave a professional service and much needed clean out of my boiler. I would highly recommend!

Ben was an absolute star. He came out on a Sunday morning to carefully and correctly diagnose a boiler issue. We had had previous engineers who hadn't been able to diagnose the problem but Ben was really methodical, knowledgeable and his advice was spot on. I would definitely recommend him and he will be our first port of call if we have any further issues in the future. Thank you Ben.

Very grateful to Ben for replacing a burst pipe. Not an emergency after I got the water turned off, but I was having to drive up from Bristol to wait in a cold empty house. Waited hours on two previous occasions for plumbers who didn't arrive, despite phoning. Ben phoned me direct in advance to warn his previous job taking a bit longer, but promised to be over; duly arrived and fixed the pipe-work in no time. Don't go thru an agent, phone Ben direct. Pity he doesn't live in Bristol! Recommended.
