Brillant plumber Solved a blocked drain that others couldn???t fix

I had a leaking tap and contacted Plumbing Heroes. Their plumber Gary arrived very shortly afterwards. He quickly sorted out the problem. I am very pleased with the service.

I heard the sound of running water but could not locate any leak. Gary Angus arrived within 45 minutes of my call and quickly located the problem. It was in my shower room, a broken joint, and he was able to fix it straight away. He was apologetic about having to break some tiles but cleared up when he had finished and recommended someone to reinstate them. No messing around! Excellent service, thank you

I had an emergency plumbing issue and Plumbing Heroes were there to save the day! Their plumber arrived quickly, was professional and knowledgeable, and resolved the issue in no time. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs

Angus got to us within a short time, was quick and efficient, fixed the leak, and came out on a Sunday from Cheltenham to Malvern. He literally went the extra mile. I had already tried 15 different local plumbers (including those who said they did emergencies) and worse than that plumbers I had regularly employed in the past. They all couldnt be bothered. It was quite expensive, though we were fine with that because it was a Sunday and an emergency and also because Angus told us right from the get go how much it would likely be. Pleasant guy polite and professional. If you're in Malvern and suffering from the dreaded Malvern syndrome of no show, overpriced and hard to book, traders, try Plumbing Heroes, Angus instead.
