Over a number of years, Munday, Taylor Lamont provided our annual boiler check. This was done, I believe, reliably. However, when the boiler kept cutting out and I had the worry of my frail and elderly mother to keep warm, the service provided was poor. Following multiple visits and parts provided to try to solve the problem, I was informed that the problem was with the electrics in the house and that I should have an electrician investigate. I was also disappointed that when I explained that a switch would move from constant to off, I was told this could not happen and that it must be due to a ghost. I have since discovered that it can happen. I contacted another engineer who assured me the problem was not electrics. The engineer from another company, who came out, took five minutes and a few questions to solve the problem. It had been due to the number of radiators, size of house and the circulation. Following advice regarding use of radiators, we have had no further problems.

Emailed late on Saturday for boiler service certificate and replied straight away, have the certificate instantly, amazing service, always really polite when on site highly recommend.

We have used this company for boiler service and boiler repairs for a number of years both at our house and that of my daughter. Without fail I have always found the level of service and workmanship to be of the highest order. While you might be able to find boiler servicing and boiler repairs done more cheaply I very much doubt if the job done would be comparable to that of the Monday Taylor Lamont staff. Excellent service by an excellent local firm!

We have had excellent service from MTL for a number of years, and have just had some refurbishment done to our bathroom which we are delighted with. We have always found the staff to be professional and all work done to a very high standard.
