We contacted this company as we saw such great reviews. They suggested a date to come and visit us to review a project. We stayed home all day, waiting, and they never arrived or contacted us or replied to our messages. We???ve messaged a few times to rearrange - nothing back at all!

Rod and Sam carried out work for us after a leak. They were Excellent and professional tradesmen. They layed new pipework and installed a new stop tap. They left the work area exactly as it was before they started. They had to dig trenches etc but we can hardly tell they had dug them. They gave exceptional customer service and communication. Highly recommend.

We have had Rod and Sammy out to our property in Ross on wye,Rod what a top bloke, couldnt to enough for us with putting a new water main in and sammy his mate couldnt of cleaned up any better,5 *****service from start to finish

A water leak was detected about six inches from the front of my house. After looking at reviews on here I phoned Wye Water Services and spoke to Martin. he came round as soon as he could and said the leak could be at the front of the house or underneath the house and gave me two prices. A couple of days later, a man called Rod came round and cleared the big flower pots away and a lot of large pebbles. He worked really hard and dug a hole about 3 feet by 3 feet of heavy clay found the leak and dealt with it in no time at all. He replied all the pebbles and pots and the front looks as if nothing has taken place at all. Such a great worker for a very good company. 10/10

We recently engaged Wye Water Services to carry out repairs to our waste water system. The work involved digging a deep trench and we were concerned that the works should not block farm access or leave major scars due to the earthworks. The team worked in very cold weather for several days and we found them polite, helpful and professional. We are very pleased with the end result, we needed reinstatement that by spring will be undetectable. We are pleased to recommend Wye Water Services and would use them again.
