Very good and quick service. Thank you

Called today for a replacement part, ignored and left waiting at the counter. Assistants manner offhand, rude, unhelpful and dismissive telling me I ???needed a plumber to do the work??? (i didn???t need a plumber to take the part out!) Last time I give you my custom. My advice is shop at Graham in Canal Road Hereford where I experienced good customer care.

Dave Edwards has been more than helpful in helping us choose our new bathroom. His experience and knowledge has been invaluable and we are very pleased with the outcome. Can highly reccommend.

Went in needing a spare part for my shower door, having been told by four other places that it wouldn't be possible to order in or get hold of. Saw Dave Edwards in the Bathroom showroom who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and by a stroke of luck had what looked like the right thing sitting on his desk. Turned out to be exactly what I needed which saved me from having to replace the whole door, I will definitely go back in future.

Couldn't agree more with the negative replies about this store! Over the years, for whatever reason, I've popped into here to ask ...politely I hasten to add...for a certain part / parts. Without fail the staff have been not only unhelpful but darn right rude. You can accept this once of twice but the 5 or 6 times I've been there, to different employees, something massively wrong with this shops workforce attitude!!! I'm not a professional, just a diyer...speaking to others who have been treated the same, it's obvious unless you are one of the plumbing fraternity spending big bucks this place doesn't want to know! A deserved review left for an awful shop! ....and please, don't bother leaving a reply you are sorry to hear this and to phone such and such number....it ain't happenin!!!!
