Opened up our static caravan for first time in 2026, Saturday night no hot water as boiler not working. Called J Alexander & Co on the off chance that they were available, they were and came out within 15 minutes and fixed the problem! Brilliant, diligent high class service - we will be using them for our heating & plumbing needs moving forward! Dan & Emma

I arranged gas safety inspection for my rental property. The engineer completed all checks and explained everything clearly. The service was efficient and professional. Very satisfied.

Our oil boiler broke down, James came out within a few hours of me calling. Worked out the problem, and sorted it as soon as the parts arrived. First Class Service!????

I contacted James regarding an oil fired boiler breakdown and he was with me within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and with his apprentice set straight to work stripping the boiler down. How he managed to stay clean while keeping everything in the kitchen spotless is beyond me. After a few hours of non stop work the boiler was back together and working perfectly. Five star service and at a great price considering the work and time involved, thanks guys.

Excellent level of service and customer care. James arrived in an emergency and rectified a very bad leak, his work was much better than what was already in place. Returned the next day to fix another issue, talking me through the problem and how he was fixing it. Excellent level of conversation , highly recommend.
