   Big promise and extortionate price on the parts . Sent me invoice with price for ignition electrode 67 pounds plus VAT . Same part is from 15 to 29.99 pounds range online! To the owner . I am NOT questioning the price of the labour, as you are completely aware I am questioning your parts 5x times high cost . Will find out your supplier and will buy the same part as I have the packaging. Then will come in your office to should you the proof and will wait for your apologies! Would be very good if to tell your customers the parts price you intend to change before they book you . Ops if you do you will never have ANY customers. When I questioned the invoice they said that will raise the issue whit their Suppliers! Stay away if you don't want to be in The same situation. They fob you with low rate per hour and bump the price on the parts as they want. Shame You can't change your customers 5 times more than the part cost ! You lied to me when I originally booked you and after you bill me how you want ! I haven't mentioned any 2 previous company's please don't make up things to cover your unfair parts price! I sent you a proof that the electrode you fit is 3 to 4 times cheaper! Is this NOT ENOUGH for you I requested to be sent invoice for the parts and you refused! Put your hand up and admit that you overcharged me . We are 2026 and parts prices can be checked with one click! The lady that works for you is very professional, unfortunately you the opposite! This is not how you do a business and you must admit. You don't deserve even the start i left. I paid your ridiculous invoice only because I don't want to end up paying more fees . I will go ahead and look for my customers rights! When I asked for the company complaint procedure you told me that you deal with this and there is no point to complain. !

   I've used Neon heating for a whole range of domestic heating and plumbing services over 10 years. From Will, Connor or Austin coming out to us, and Ally handling the bookings, the end to end service has always been nothing short of excellent. You get booked in quickly, the communication over phone and email is quick and clear, the guys turn up on time, get on with the job with zero fuss and zero mess, but always really friendly. I think what Neon charge is more than reasonable and really is excellent value. Don't waste time going anywhere else.

   Great experience with neon heating start to finish, Austyn came out to assess our poorly combi boiler and advised on fitting a new boiler. ( we were very aware that our old one had seen better days and was past the point of repair. ) Having a baby under one in the house??? Austyn acted on the severity of our situation with no heating and hot water and we had a quote for a new one very quickly. Start to finish we had a call out, quote and then new boiler fitted in just over a week! Both Austyn and the young lad with him worked to an amazing standard with complete respect for our property. Even being quiet when our baby was having a nap. They truly were great! I can???t thank you enough for getting it all sorted as promptly as you did! So very grateful. ??????

   Great service, look no further. Just moved to the area and spent a good while calling up heating engineer/plumbers with little success. Used Neon on two separate occasions now. - Always answer the phones quickly - Listen well and book in the right service - Arrange a visit sometimes surprisingly soon. - Very friendly service with questions answered and things explained simply. - Advice offered on avoiding issues with your system in the future. Adam & Austin were both great.
