I highly recommend Lofty for any plumbing work. Over the past year, he has completed several jobs for us, including removing en-suite bathrooms, installing new showers, and fitting new radiators. He???s trustworthy, reliable, thorough, tidy, and always willing to go the extra mile.

Having moved to the Hereford area recently we had trouble locating a local plumber who would come and fix a number of small but annoying issues. That was until we called Lofty on a Thursday. He was with us by the following Tuesday, did all of the jobs we discussed diligently and quickly and charged us the price we had agree in advance. Finally it was a pleasure to meet him, simply put we can???t recommend him too highly!

Lofty came around to quote at short notice and booked us in. Prompt, efficient and knowledgeable at the trade. Very happy with the work he carried out, exactly as he described it. Wish he had done the initial install. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Lofty.

I had a blocked bathroom sink, called Lofty on Wednesday 3rd. of January and he fitted me in the next day. After an hour of gurgling and bad smells (the sink, not Lofty ), a great deal of many years of built up gunge emerged and my sink was running free again. All done with a cheerful smile and final cost was far more reasonable than I expected. I would heartily recommend Lofty. Great service.

Lofty is absolutely brilliant and dealt with our little plumbing problem quickly and efficiently. Super service and very reassuring! Lofty knows exactly what he's doing and you're in good hands with him. Thank you so much, you're a star!
