So glad we found Shires Gas. We are new to the area and needed various jobs doing including a boiler service and advice on our shower that didnt work. Cannot recommend highly enough, incredibly professional, friendly, thorough, turned up on time with great communication to confirm, on to top it off they were very well priced. We are really impressed with Tom and his team???s work. We had a new hot water system installed, which was done efficiently and as quoted. We received helpful advice about choosing a system and the final result is exactly what we wanted. The work was conducted with care and all the pipework tidied up and clearly labelled should we need to troubleshoot anything in future. We would not hesitate to recommend Shires.

We have just had a Greenstar 8000+ combi boiler fitted with Shires Gas Services Ltd. From Tom coming round to give us a quote and Curtis completing the job, it has been an absolute pleasure to have them in our property. They were very considerate of our home and attention to detail was second to none. Curtis and James were very informative the whole way through and made sure I was happy with their work. They were all very polite, on time and friendly. Each night they hoovered up and as soon as they entered our property they put a protective roll for the stairs and landing. They took all the old items away and all packaging. I would definitely recommend Shires Gas Services if you are thinking of having a new boiler fitted. Our old boiler was a cylinder type and it was 20 years old, so definitely overdue to be replaced. Thanks Tom, Curtis and James for a 5* service throughout the last 2.5 days.
