The owner of this company is a sweet caring man who is great in all aspects. I dropped a large sum of money and fortunately he picked it up and returned it to the nearest shop. Whilst in most cases people would pick it up and take it for themselves, he did the kindest thing one could do and returned it back to its rightful owner. He has his principles right therefore he is a brilliant owner and I 100% recommend his business as it comes with excellent service!

Came as arranged & carried out roof repairs & when completed l requested a receipt for the works carried out & Karl said he would email me one across l have since messaged to remind him but no response & l also mentioned that one of the slates was raised under the ridge tiles that they had rebeded on top of as this needs to be removed and refitted so it sits flat on top of the other slates l was pleased at the time the work was done but disappointed that there's no response after paying for the work & no contact to say he would rectify the issue caused by them l won't be using or recommending them if this is the way they treat their customers
