Friendly, informative and professional. We contacted Gareth at Truscott Roofing to try and identify the source of some damp in a number of rooms in our home. With the help of his kit to identify problem areas, Gareth???s experience and knowledge helped him not only identify the main source of the problem - but possible future problem areas as well as a considered list of solutions help reduce damp throughout the property. My wife and I found the pricing to be reasonable, with a fully broken down quote detailing various works. We were very pleased with the standard of the work carried out and would happily recommend Gareth for others in South West Cornwall looking for help on a similar matter.

Gareth recently came to install roof vents in my home and sort out a woodworm issue in the loft. I liked how clearly he explained everything to me, including why we were having damp and mould problems in the first place. He took the time to describe different options, and we worked together to decide the best solution for me. Rather than feeling like I was just spending money without understanding the reason, I felt supported and heard. The job was done well, the cost was great, and since then, we've had no issues with damp. Great job, great price, and feeling thankful for Gareth's help!

Gareth was friendly and efficient - I contacted him regarding a water ingress issue and he was quick to respond and follow up with an inspection. He is clearly very knowledgeable and provided a simple & effective fix to the roof. I would highly recommend.

Gareth was quick to respond, very helpful and friendly and I am very happy with the work he did. I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent work. Highly recommend, very skilled, reasonably priced and was happy to take on the smaller projects too. Definite five stars.
