A solar installation alongside other roofing works was carried out at our property, however we have still not received the solar warranties and certification despite repeated requests and a formal complaint, to which we have received no response. As a result, we are unable to apply for the Smart Export Guarantee (SEG). We also later discovered the company and their sub contractor is not registered with the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS), and this was not disclosed to us before installation. We would strongly advise others to check accreditation, warranties, and documentation before proceeding.

We needed guttering replaced and Mike's team did a great job. All done swiftly and accurately, especially the fiddly bits. Very happy with the result.

I recently had the rag slate roof of our kitchen/dining room removed, re-felted and refitted due to damage and leaks. Mike Wheeler and his team we outstanding from start to finish. His team were very professional completing the work on time to a very high standard and ensuring everything was cleared up after them. They are highly recommended.

RCC did a fantastic job. Mike spent a lot of time getting this project underway for me as my property is an old mid terrace house. We needed to navigate a number of physical obstacles before work could even start & part of the work required a shared chimney removal & installation of a new flue for myself & neighbour. Mike worked closely with Kernow Fires who are also brilliant, to ensure this was a wonderfully smooth installation for all. I will mention it 2021 & we also had to navigate Covid, heat waves & torrential rains. They didn???t have an easy time of it. Mike & his team are brilliant, I can not express enough how hard working, professional & respectful they all are, I???m so happy with the products & the finish. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable in his field & I would absolutely hire them again.

We used RCC Roofing to completely strip and re-slate our property many years ago. We were so impressed with their quick and efficient service that we recently contacted them again for our new property. Again this was a complete refurbishment. Mike and his team were extremely professional and have exceeded our expectations again. If you are looking for a honest, highly qualified experienced team, look no further.
