An altogether great service! Thorough inspection and estimates. Roofers arrived promptly (actually, a little early) on the day, and carried out the agreed work carefully and methodically. Polite and respectful throughout. Left property tidy. Great communication at all times. Can highly recommend JR Flat Roofing. Many thanks.

We had JR Roofing over ours for replacing a flat roof. I cannot thank them enough from what trouble they got us from. Absolutely amazing job done, brilliant workers, always eager to assist and advise. Highly recommended !

I rarely write a review. I believe if you're a reputable company it should be easy to do a good job otherwise why would you be doing it in the first place. The key to an excellent company is their aftercare service and I cannot praise J R Flat Roofing enough for their speedy return to my property when I had a leak appear after horrendous storms. From my phone call first thing this morning a team have already been out to investigate and repair what is possibly nothing to do with their original roof work (ie sealant around the windows). I can't thank them enough and will confidently recommend them. Trust is precious and you have certainly earnt it today. Thank you!

Nick and the team replaced a roof lantern and installed a new electric roof light for us on a flat rubber roof. From the first contact with them they were excellent; professional and polite. They always answered the phone or responded to emails in a timely manner. Despite my many questions, they were always able to clarify issues. The work was done to an extremely high standard and everything was taken away and tidied at the end of the job. I would not use anyone else and thoroughly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on a flat roof. The company is a credit to the roofing industry. Thanks again for a stress free job.

I've left it a number of months to post a review because on such a big (for us) expenditure, we wanted to see if the job lasted. It has, excellently so. We asked for quotes from a number of companies to redo our flat roof on our extension. We also wanted it converted to a warm roof. This company was on time and very helpful on the initial visit. We eventually went with them and they were incredibly professional, polite on site and did a fantastic job. They cleaned up fully. And they did the whole thing in a day. Scaffolding was sorted by them. Other than sorting out which day, we didn't have do anything. The end result looked great. I've waited to review to make sure that nothing has deteriorated. Nothing has. Eight months on, it still looks great. The insulation made quite the difference to the rooms below and cut the need for heating. It's also much quieter when it rains. I cannot recommend them enough and, unlike some of the companies we requested quotes from, who either didn't reply, or pulled quotes within 24 hours, this company were professional from start to finish.
