We needed to replace a slate tile that broke. They came and fixed it. Pros: Very quick, came the next day. Good job on fixing the problem. Cons: Fairly expensive, and they did not check or ask for a picture of the roof. Simply replaced the tile but did not select the shade of grey that we needed. I asked them to replace the tile with a darker one but they wanted another ??200. They did a good job but they should get the colour of their slates right.
