I recently had the pleasure of using Vero Group Ltd operating Whitstable, Kent, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, reliable, and incredibly hardworking. They completed the job to a very high standard, and their attention to detail was outstanding. What really stood out was how polite, friendly, and respectful all of the workers were. They took the time to explain everything, kept the work area tidy, and made the whole experience completely stress-free. A special thank you to Jack Roberts, Harry, and Callum (aka "Jiggly Puff") for going above and beyond. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to doing an excellent job really made a difference. They are a real credit to Vero Group. I would highly recommend Vero Group to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional company that genuinely cares about the quality of its work and its customers. Five-star service all the way!

I had a few additional requirements, which they were more than happy to accommodate. Great communication throughout and I'd happily recommend them.

Callum replaced extractor fan in downstairs toilet, works great very quiet, previous one was very noisy. Also installed a sensor for the light. No more reminding everyone to turn the light off on the outside of the toilet. Callum completed all the work in good time, leaving it very clean after. Great job.
