We needed a new pendant installing in a large bedroom, as the original builders had only installed one pendant at the other end of the room. After several companies contacted us with quotes, Able Cable were by far the cheapest and upon reading their reviews I booked an appointment. Paul and Bill turned up and were very quick and professional. They had installed the new pendant and upgraded the light switch from a single to a double, all in under an hour and with practically no mess. They were very polite and easy going guys, a credit to the company. I would certainly recommend Able Cable.

Excellent work done by the Able Cable crew. I had a few things that needed updating, and a fault that needed investigating, which they did really well, and cleaned up all the debris too. In addition, they found and fixed on the day, two issues with my consumer unit of which I was unaware, both of which were caused by a previous cowboy electrician. Both of which were potentially very hazardous. And the revised cost was very acceptable. I can wholeheartedly recommend their professionalism and general attitude...they arrived on time and completed the work within their original estimate.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Jason was brilliant from the first visit and spoke through with me the different options available for replacing my current electric heater to a storage one. The quote for all of the works - installation of the storage heater (and everything that goes with it) along with new sockets and moving of items, was very fairly priced, specially when storage heaters are not cheap! There was some additional cabling needed on the day due to the previous owners electrician not replacing what was needed prior - but Jason explained this all on the day. The team were also very friendly - Paul and Billy made fuss of my rescue throughout the day and let me see what was being done. Highly recommended and will be using them again for future works.

100% would recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely use again. We had a full house rewire The guys were professional, polite, tidy, courteous, and were very considerate of us still having to live in the property whilst the work was being carried out. The price was good, the quality of work was excellent, with very little distruption. They answered all questions asked, and even gave advise on future works, and future considerations. Can not recommend this company enough

I can't fault Able Cable at all. I've used them a couple of times now to add new sockets in the lounge (a double straight to the fuse board & a single socket spliced off existing sockets), centre the lights in the main bedroom and office upstairs, change a tired pendant light to a new LED strip and make a light switch safe to be changed to a chrome switch. I wouldn't look to hire anyone else at this point and I'm looking forward to hiring them again after my holiday to fit an extractor fan, centre some more lights and fit an external light. Cannot recommend these guys enough - very friendly, very efficient, tidied up some complicated wiring & gave me a bit of advice regarding filler for the ceilings and around the new socket.
